Located in the south central area of Denison, Scott Middle School is the campus for our
7th and 8th grade classes.
DISMISSAL PICK-UP POLICY
Students who remain on campus for an extended period of time after the school day are not set up for success. In order to prevent poor choices and mitigate safety concerns caused by students being unmonitored after dismissal, we are instituting a new pick-up policy.
Students who remain on campus after 4:30 pm, and who not a part of a school-sponsored after school organization, will be noted. When this has occurred 5 or more times within a semester, those students are no longer eligible to attend after school events such as football games, volleyball games, basketball games, and dances.
Thank you for supporting us in keeping students safe by making sure transportation arrangements are made for timely pick-up after school!

Please notify the school if your child will not be in attendance. A note should be sent when your child returns to explain the absence. A partial day is an absence.
