MUST BRING WITH YOU TO ENROLL: (will not be enrolled without these)

• Proof of Residency 

  • Utility Bill (Gas, Water, Electric) – current within last 45 days

  • Mortgage or Lease agreement

• Current Shot Record (if transferring from another state)

 

OTHER INFORMATION USEFUL IN SPEEDING UP ENROLLMENT PROCESS

• Current Report Card showing promotion grade

• Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card

• Current Shot Record

• Legal Documentation and/or special arrangements relevant to student

 

NOTE:

Students transferring from Special Education programs must enroll with the Special Education department before enrollment will be effective.

 

Students transferring from being in a Home School placement should bring evidence of the curriculum used as well as daily assignments, unit tests, chapter tests, and semester tests. Prior to grade placement the campus administrator will meet with the student and parent to review the progress of the student while in Home School. If necessary, the campus administrator may request further assessment, which will be administered at the campus. Grade Placement is the decision of the campus principal.
